The staff truly made my stay memorable, always willing to help and accommodating. I especially appreciated the free airport shuttle service, which made arrivals smooth and stress-free.

On the downside, I found the gym and swimming pool closed, which was disappointing after a long day. Additionally, the shower design caused water to spill onto the bathroom floor, creating a minor inconvenience.

However, there were issues with the air conditioning, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience. Just a good pick for a couple of nights in Beirut with fantastic value for money. Malak made my stay special with her attentive service and amazing Turkish Coffee. Make sure to ask for her when you need a caffeine boost.

The shower lacks a good drainage system, leading to a consistently wet bathroom floor after use. It's also frustrating that some rooms are allocated as smoking without check-in feedback, which can leave a lingering odor. Lastly, the restaurant atmosphere is uninviting and far too chilly, making dining less enjoyable.

The staff provided attentive service, and the well-maintained pool was a nice touch. Although the basic amenities met my needs, the noise from nearby streets made restful sleep elusive. Plus, some warmth would have improved the room ambiance.
